Practical Scrappers Blog Hop - Scrapping our Stash

This month at Practical Scrappers, we are focusing on scrapping our Valentine's stash, or at least stash that has to do with love.  I decided to focus on love-themed embellishments.

I used these awesome chipboard letters from American Crafts that have cute little hearts on them. The chipboard hearts are from them as well. The circle embellishments are from Chic Tags. See bottom of post for full list of supplies.

 We are thrilled to have Kiwi Lane Designs sponsoring this month!

Kiwi Lane Designs creates templates that help take the frustration out of scrapbooking!  And one lucky winner today will get a border set and an accessory set from Kiwi Lane.  We are big fans of Kiwi Lane Designs and in fact have several members of our design team who either currently or in the past have been a part of their design team!  Details on how you can win this prize can be found on the Practical Scrappers blog!

  We recognize that this is a huge list for the blog hop and would love for you to visit as many as you can...but we are not making that mandatory to qualify for the prize here.  That said, many of the designers are offering prizes of their own so I do recommend seeing what you can get in on :).

School Woes

Here's another layout I made at the NSD crop.  These pictures are from January 2010, back when Sean was in kindergarten!  I'm always amazed at how much better pictures look once they are on a layout.  By themselves, these pics are quite boring.  This layout makes them look much better than they actually do :)

Materials:
Crate Paper Patterned Paper (School Spirit)
American Crafts Felt Thickers
KaiserCraft Rub-ons
Scrap Within Reach Stickers
Doodlebug Button
Unknown Button
American Crafts border punch
Staedtler pen

My Boy :: American Crafts

Hello everyone! How are you today? I'm exhausted, don't know why. Can't seem to wake up today. But I'm in a good mood because the Habs won the 7th Habs-Caps game, which means we live on another day to face the Penguins! Woo hoo!

This week's challenge on the American Crafts blog was to make a pet themed layout or card. I haven't made a layout about either of my cats for a while now, so it was perfect. Here's my boy, my first baby, Nuage. I started the cats' albums in 8.5x11, which is why you see this size from me today.
