Sloths and tigers and mammoths, oh my!

my head is full of sloths, and robots and monsters. it's full of clown fish and zebras from the bronx and experiment 6-2-6. know what i'm talking about yet? of course, any parent of under-12-year-olds knows that i am refering to all those animated movies. you know, pixar and disney and company... now don't get me wrong, i loooove these movies. years before we became parents, keith and i would go to the theater to see them, and we would buy the dvds. i truly believe that kids love them because they are animated, but they are mostly made for the adults. little in jokes and all that. but i must admit, i need a break! sean watches them non-stop. well, not quite, it's not like he spends all day in front of the tv, but he likes to have them on while he does other things... 21 months old and he already knows what he likes!! i can't remember the last time i saw an episode of days of our lives (and i was an avid watcher), i haven't seen anything on hgtv in months and i am way behind on my taped shows!

but here i am complaining and who's gonna be first in line to see ice age 2 - the meltdown?? me. that's who!!!

Thankfully we are in between movie addictions right now. We have been through them all (well, not yet Madagascar, as we don't have that one... yet). Most recently it was Robots. ACK! At least I can tune them out now. And, I agree with Jill, Grey's Anatomy is the show to watch at night when the kids are in bed!

totally know what you mean, of course. DOOL- seriously that's at the same time as Caillou so I've barely watched it in YEARS!!! Now that we have 2 TVs it's a bit better.

I know every single word to Toy Story 1 by heart. Etienne must've watched that 3000 times and Xavier about 2000? Bea maybe 1000. LMAO! Seriously it's been on SO much and they STILL don't get tired of it and they're 11 6 and 4!
