I started week 3 of training at the gym yesterday. I met with a trainer on Monday night. So now i do 20 minutes cardio to warm up, weight machines, 20 more minutes of cardio and then abs and stretching. I'm feeling fine right now, but I know I will be hurting tomorrow!!
