A challenge and a layout!

I'm late posting this week's challenge from Scrapbook Centrale, but since you have until July 27th, there's plenty of time for you to catch up!

Here is a scrap recipe for you today! Make sure you only you these ingredients, but make sure all the ingredients are there!!

-This recipe calls for a base of papers of your choice

-Add 1-2 rub-ons

-Two lengths (any) of ribbon

-Season with a dash of flowers and eyelets to taste.

-Decorate with a title of your choice
