So, earlier this month, I casually mention to Caro that I would like to have a second DT. It's always challenging, and I needed a little push. So, what does she say?? "There's a call for a DT at Scrapbooking Swede, if you're interested". Was I?? Sure I was! Caro was just finishing her 'reign' as DT member there (the DT contract if for 6 months to a year) and she said they were a really nice group of people to work with. I didn't want anything cutthroat, so that was interesting to me. So, I submitted 2 layouts and an altered board book, and got the news that I'm in!!! Really cool! I can't wait to get my first box of stuff so that I can start scrapping for them!
Scrapbook Centrale will always be my baby, and I will stay there as long as they'll have me; but it's nice to know someone else want me too! After all, mags aren't that interested in me it seems, LOL!!!

There's a first time for everything!!!

1. First time you got kissed: 12, his name was Patrick How was it? I honestly don't remember, lol!
2. First time you drove a car: I was 16, in my first driver's ed class. I didn't even know which pedal was the breaks and which one was the gas!! What kind of car? It was white, that's all I remember!!
3. First time you scrapbooked: Almost exactly 3 years ago, with the greatest cousin/friend anyone can have, Caro. When you look at your page do you love it? Nope, very bland, but I do like to see how far I've come!!
4. First time you went on a date: Well, here in Quebec, we don't really go on dates. We have a BF or we don't, simple as that. So, my first BF was Patrick (see above!)
5. First time you fell in love: 12 Patrick will always be part of my life. I love that guy, even though we lost touch. He named hiss daughter after me! How did you know? I had the fuzzies in my stomach!!
6. First time you cooked for someone: Gosh, I can't remember, but I know it was for Keith, my now DH Was it yummy? What did you make? No idea!!
7. First time you got on a plane: I probably was 5 Where did you go? Were you scared? Florida, and I don't remember being scared.
8.First time you shaved your legs: 12 years old Did you cut yourself? I never, EVER, cut myself shaving!! Seriously!!!
9. First time you put one make up: 12 Looking back how did you do? Did you look good or like a clown? I must have done a good job, or my mom would not have let me out of the house, lol!
10. First time you moved out of your home: I was 22 Was it an apartment, house, etc? It was an apartment with my boyfriend, now DH!

Lattes
So, I love coffee! Most specifically, I looove lattes. This LO is one I am particularly proud of, even though it is really simple.I love how the picture came out, how the title looks, and I'm glad to document my guilty pleasure, even if it's not earth shattering.
I'm slowly but surely starting to scrap more and more about ME. It's an important legacy for my kids, I believe. I don't know much about my parents, and I don't want Sean and my future kids to say that about me.

BLECH!
I feel OUACH! I don't know, nothing specific. I need to get out of the house, but it's such a pain to get Sean dressed up for outside, and once we're out he wants to walk around and will NOT hold my hand... I need a junk food fix, I've been eating too healthy, LOL!

Havre Familial
For 6 years now, we've been going to le Havre Familial near Ste-Beatrix with Keith's family. It was the first time, though, that we were actually there for the new year. It was nice, as always. Yesterday, January 1st, we went for a walk around the lake, and I took quite a lot of pics. It was all so lovely, with all the snow! Sean loved being pulled in his sled!
